Spikewave builds and publishes its own applications, and takes on a small number of client projects alongside them.
What we do
We take an idea from a rough sketch through design, build, store submission and the long tail of support that follows. That covers native mobile apps, progressive web apps and the backends behind them.
How we build
Our apps are mostly Flutter on the front end with Firebase or self-hosted services behind them, and we write tests against the parts that matter — the calculation cores, the scheduling logic, the things that quietly break. We keep dependencies few and documented, because an app that cannot be maintained is an app with an expiry date.
On privacy
We do not build advertising into our apps and we do not embed third-party trackers. Every app we publish states plainly what it stores, where it stores it, and how to get rid of it — and those statements live on this site, at a permanent URL, for as long as the app exists.
