What this website collects
This site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not ask you to create an account. Nothing you do here is tracked across sites.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser user-agent string. These are generated automatically by the web server, are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.
When you email us
If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@spikewave.tech and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the revision date at the top of the page.
